عيسى ابراهيم يكشف سبب دعوته مجلس الافتاء إصدار فتوى تحرّم سفك الدم

كان قصدنا من شريط الفيديو الذي نشرناه في الأمس ودعونا فيها ما يسمى "مجلس الإفتاء" إلى إصدار فتوى بتحريم دم السوريين على اختلاف دياناتهم أن نكشف للعالم الطابع التكفيري الجهادي لسلطات الأمر الواقع وعجزها عن سلخ نفسها عن الفكر الديني التكفيري الإرهابي الذي يقوم على التطرف المصحوب بالعنف ويُمارس الجهاد بقتل الآخر لأنه مختلف دينياً وثقافياً.
ونكرر ما قلناه سابقاً من استحالة أن تعيش الأقليات بصورة طبيعية في ظل هذه السلطات الإرهابية التي تعتمد التطرف الديني المصحوب بالعنف أساساً وعلة لوجودها. والعلويون هم الوحيدون اليوم الذين تُستباح دماؤهم دون رادع. وتنجو أقليات أخرى في سوريا من سكين التكفير الديني، مثل الكورد والدروز، لأسباب موضوعية ليس أقلها امتلاك قوة للدفاع الذاتي ودعم دولي أو إقليمي. وتحاول أقليات أخرى عصم دمائها برشوة سلطات الإرهاب التكفيرية بالاستثمارات عند البعض وبالمواقف التي تنادي بوحدة سوريا وسيادتها ورفض اللامركزية عند البعض الآخر.
أما مناشدة سلطات الأمر الواقع والطلب منها أن تأمر من عينتهم في "مجلس إفتاء" يعطيها الشرعية الدينية في الشارع السني أولاً ويحشد هذا الشارع وراءها ثانياً فهو أمر لا يستقيم مع المنطق السليم.
ونحن نكشف للعالم اليوم المستقبل الكارثي الذي يتهدد العلويين في ظل التقاعس المخزي للدول الفاعلة عن ردع هذه السلطات المستمرة في ارتكاب جريمة الإبادة الجماعية بحق العلويين. فحتى اختزال مطالبة العلويين بحقوقهم كمواطنين في حقهم في الحياة لا يلقى أي استجابة لدى هذه السلطات الإرهابية.
فهل يتحمل الضمير العالمي في القرن الحادي والعشرين إبادة جماعية لجماعة بشرية مسالمة لا تحمل السلاح؟ وعندما يتقبل العالم التعامل مع مجرمين وإرهابيين يتوافر فائض من الأدلة على إرهابهم وإجرامهم فهو لا شك شريك في جرائمهم.
ونحن نؤكد اليوم أن من استولوا على السلطة في سوريا لا يختلفون إلا في الأساليب عمن عاثوا فساداً وإرهاباً في المنطقة والعالم من تنظيمي داعش والنصرة. فالأساليب تختلف ولكن العقائد الفاسدة هي هي. وينبغي ألا ينخدع العالم بأي أقوال معسولة لهذه السلطات، فالأفعال التي ارتكبتها حتى اليوم هي الشاهد الأقوى على إرهابها وتطرفها وأي أقوال معسولة هي شكل من النفاق الذي تبيحه عقائدها إلى حين تمكنها من إقامة قاعدة للإرهاب تُهدد المنطقة والعالم بأسره.
والدول الفاعلة، وبخاصة الدول الدائمة العضوية في مجلس الأمن، مدعوة اليوم إلى صحوة تردع هذه الطغمة الإرهابية عن الإمعان في إرهابها، وإلى تحمل مسؤولياتها القانونية والأخلاقية وتصحيح الأخطاء الموروثة عن حقب سابقة بإعطاء جميع الفئات السكانية الدينية والإثنية الرئيسية في سوريا حقوقها في الحكم الذاتي وتقرير المصير.
Our intention with the video we published yesterday, in which we called on the so-called “Fatwa Council” to issue a fatwa prohibiting the blood of Syrians of all religions, was to reveal to the world the takfiri jihadist nature of the de facto authorities and their inability to disassociate themselves from the takfiri terrorist religious ideology that is based on violent extremism and the practice of killing others because they are religiously and culturally different.
We reiterate our position that it is impossible for minorities to live normally under these terrorist authorities, which use religious violent extremism as their raison d'être. Today, Alawites are the only minority whose blood is being spilled unchecked. Other minorities in Syria, such as the Kurds and Druze, are spared the knife of religious takfir, not least because they have a self-defense force and international or regional support. Other minorities are trying to save their blood by bribing the Takfiri terrorist authorities with investments for some and with positions that call for the unity and sovereignty of Syria and reject decentralization for others.
Appealing to the de facto authorities and asking them to request those they appointed to a “Fatwa Council” that provides them with religious legitimacy among the Sunnis, while also mobilizing the Sunnis behind them, to issue the said fatwa is not a rational course of action.
We reveal to the world today the catastrophic future that threatens the Alawites in light of the deplorable failure of the international community to deter these authorities who continue to commit the crime of genocide against the Alawites. Even the reduction of the Alawites' demand for their rights as citizens to their right to life is not met with any response from these terrorist authorities.
In the twenty-first century, can the global conscience tolerate the genocide of a peaceful, unarmed human group? If the world accepts to deal with criminals and terrorists, for whom there is abundant evidence of their terrorism and criminality, it is undoubtedly an accomplice to their crimes.
We stress today that those who have seized power in Syria differ only in their methods from those who have wreaked havoc and terrorism in the region and the world for decades, such as ISIS and Al-qaeda. The methods are different, but the corrupt doctrines are the same. The world should not be deceived by the sweet words of these authorities. The crimes they have committed so far are the strongest proof of their terrorism and extremism, and any sweet talk is a form of hypocrisy permitted by their doctrines until they are able to establish a base of terrorism that threatens the region and the entire world.
The international community, especially the permanent members of the Security Council, are called upon to act and prevent this terrorist gang from continuing its terrorism, and to assume their legal and moral responsibilities and correct the mistakes inherited from the past by granting all major religious and ethnic population groups in Syria their rights to autonomy and self-determination.
